There’s a Superbaby in that Q-Shaped Meteor

When you're traveling at light speed, it's hard to notice the passage of time.  Planets just keep blasting past the window.  Everyone else is getting older, but we've hardly aged a day . . .  Or that's what it feels like when we're trying to produce, manage and fulfill this project out of a home office anyway.  So much has happened in the world of Quin in the past couple of months.  Let's update!

The US, Australian and Asian fulfillment processes are essentially complete.  That means hundreds of folks have Quin on their table, around the world, right now.  For indie developers like us, that's amazing.  Cheers to everyone who is loving the game so far!

So if you're a backer from the States, AU or Asia and you haven't received yours, let us know.  There's probably 3 emails in your spam folder, but it's not too late.  We just need to hear from you.  Email us at info@quinthegame.com

We're shifting focus to the EU and Canada.  Most of you are waiting patiently and we just want you to know we haven't lost sight of you.  We don't have an exact timeline for Amazon.uk or Amazon.ca, because too much of the process is reliant on the banks, government registrations and Amazon's internal processes, but we're actively in the engine room now, working to make it happen.

Quin is available NOW on Amazon.com in the US, and it is possible to order it as an import to most EU countries.  They don't provide the seller with the details in this case however, so if you're interested in this option you'll need to visit the page, put in your order info, and get a shipping/VAT total.  Screenshot and email this to us, and let's talk about what we can do to subsidize the cost.

Have the game?  Be sure to hit up BGG and Amazon both and leave a rating or review.  Indies like us will only thrive with word of mouth.  (Every time a hater shows up it makes an alien baby cry.  So let's get in there and speak up for complex indies!)

We've had awesome reports of kids and adults both putting this game up on the shelf right next to their Chess or Hive set.  That's good company.  But there is a faction asking for more direction, and we're working on new How To Play material for these folks.  The 2nd Edition Rulebook is already in development.

If you have questions, reach out direct.  We might just add your Q to the FAQ!

Quin is dynamic, agile and very unusual.  It's nowhere near as complex as your average Euro, but it is probably unlike anything you've played before.  So let's fly over those issues together, and get back to the table with confidence.  There are no interstellar Quin police, and if there were, they'd only get mad when you're not having fun.  So hop over to the Youtube channel and watch a game.  That's going to answer most questions in a quick minute.

Meanwhile we've been busy little aliens, dropping games through the wormhole as fast as you can say "Ludicrous Speed!"  Visit QuintheGame.com and check out all the updates.  Rules translations, detailed FAQs, gameplay details and more. Quin on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube have all seen new content recently.  Be sure to subscribe and follow the feeds for new strategy tips every week.

All that said, there's no doubt that the best is yet to come.  Thanks again for coming on this journey with us.  Here's to you, Light Seekers!
