The Home Stretch

Here we are, out of radio silence with a short update.  Thanks again for believing in this game with us.  Not only are we on schedule to follow through with fulfillment this Spring, but the product is shaping up to be better than we had planned.  Same components, just higher quality all around.  Oooh I wish I could show you that final box design!  Debuting soon.

The Pledge Manager is still pending, but that's only so we can get the best deal for you.  We'll let you know via every channel, even if it means personal emails, when it's up.  No player left behind.  Taking our time through the proofing process has slowed things just a bit from our original schedule, but we think you'll agree that this game is worth the wait.

The Late Pledge campaign via Indiegogo closed this week, but if you know anyone who wants an international copy of the 1st Edition, just email us and we'll be happy to arrange it.  QuintheGame.com orders will otherwise be relegated to only domestic US shipping for the near future.  So ends an important chapter in the genesis of Quin!

But not only are you in on the ground floor with your own 1st Edition(s) reserved, by supporting the project on Kickstarter you've set in motion a course of events that will brighten the lives of gamers for years and years to come.  Quin is going to show up under Christmas trees, and siblings are going to develop rivalries, stretching the limits of their strategic thought process, chess clubs are going to find out there's a new player in town, grandparents are going to learn it from their grandkids - yes a product line is born here, but more importantly a unique new strategic gameplay system.  We're going to give copies away to schools and Children’s Hospitals.  And it all started because of you.

Not to get too big for our pants, but whatever happens, we hope you take some pride in being a part of it.  Whatever Quin grows to be.

I'm going to get back to finishing up this next pack of print files for the manufacturer.  I never would've guessed how hard it can be just to get all the shades matching, across file types and medias . . .  But when you get the game, we hope you'll recognize it was made by ridiculous perfectionists, who really love making good games for you, and for ourselves.

In the meantime, log in to Quin on Tabletopia.com and play a match against somebody.  Check out our other projects.  Follow Arch & Gravity on Facebook, @taeleen_woodard, @dogs_in_beanies on IG, and be sure to hop over to BGG and give Quin a top-dog rating as soon as you feel comfortable doing so.  This game has a mass audience waiting, we can feel it.  But we still need your help finding them.  We're taking subscribers at QuintheGame.com 24/7.  Form up, Quin Family.  We'll have this thing in your hands before you know it.
